The feast on Thanksgiving eve:

‣ Quite a night ahead on Hollywood Boulevard – Morrissey plays the first of his three SoCal dates at the Music Box, and less than two blocks away the Cure closes out its three-night stand at the Pantages Theatre.
Lucinda Williams does the second of her two nights at the El Rey Theatre.
‣ The “Hip Hop & Love Tour” hits the House of Blues, headed up by Murs behind his new album “Love & Rockets Vol. 1: The Transformation,” out on the BluRock imprint founded by Jay-Z and Damon Dash. Producer Ski Beatz joins him, along with West African/DC rapper Tabi Bonney, singer McKenzie Eddy, rapper Da$h and Sean O’Connell. That’s Murs’ video for “316 Ways,” above.
Derde Verde plays the Silverlake Lounge behind its new album “Moon/Mirror,” with the Hugeness, Phaxanation and the Dust Kickers and Los Headaches supporting.
‣ And the local collective known as Orgone brings its energetic funk-soul to the Mint.
