If the hint dropped on Coachella’s Twitter feed is to be believed, the lineup for this year’s double-your-fun festival – it’s two weekends, April 13-15 and April 20-22 – will be announced this week. Organizers tweeted the image at left on Friday, while continuing, ostensibly, to tease some of acts by posting artist videos on Coachella’s website. Last week, videos from Jimmy Cliff, Azealia Banks and AraabMuzik were posted; on Saturday it was French producer Breakbot, and today’s update featured a clip from French synth-pop duo Housse de Racket. Of those, only Cliff might inspire a rush on the ticket windows, but if various lineup handicappers – including Monklish and Consequence of Sound – are correct, or even in the neighborhood, Coachella 2012 will have plenty of bang for your buck.
