Join me at 7 p.m. on KCSN (88.5 FM, streaming at KCSN.org) for this week’s edition of the L.A. Buzz Bands show. Tonight I’ll have new music from Meiko, Robert DeLong, Robert Francis and Scott Bartenhagen – along with something fresh from the new solo venture of veteran songwriter and producer Marvin Etzioni, who’s collaborated with a host of A-listers. In addition, I’ll introduce a new a group calling themselves Blacks& (“black sand”). With the March club residencies getting underway Monday, I’ll preview those too.
