Tuesday’s touts:

‣ Young Spanglish New York rockers Outernational visit the Echoplex to celebrate their album “”˜Todos Somos Ilegales: We Are All Illegal,” which features guest spots from Tom Morello, Chad Smith and Calle. Their political blend of mariachi, rock, ska, reggae, punk, dub and polka is bound to bounce off the walls along with those who are ready to join the revolution they’ve started. [That’s their video above for “The Beginning Is Here.”]
‣ Alternative country artist Ocha La Rocha, the brainchild of Johnny la Rocha, headlines the Bootleg where he’ll be joined by Gwendolyn, Dallas Don Burnet [see our post from March] and Magic Mirror. Grab la Rocha’s track “Tunnels” below.

‣ The Troubadour offers a night with Nashville songstress Katie Herzig. Andrew Belle supports.
Harper Blynn begins yet another residency at Hotel Cafe. Naama Kates and Vassy also join in on the fun for the night.
Tennis plays the Constellation Room at the Observatory and totes the hottest new duo around with Wild Belle [see our post on “Keep You” from Monday] as their opener.
