Nick Waterhouse doesn’t need to go beyond his favorite low-key spots in L.A. when it comes to entertaining Japanese business men. All he needs is a round (or 10) of whiskey shots, his guitar, an American flag in the background and a visit to a late night taco truck. The soul singer’s debut “Time’s All Gone,” which came out this week on Innovative Leisure, follows a similar fashion. It’s a collection of songs completely stripped of unnecessary frills, and boy, is it a ton of fun.
