‣ Canadian quartet Wintersleep – their new, Dave Fridmann-co-produced album “Hello Hum” due out June 12 – headlines the Echo, with locals Line & Circle supporting. That’s Wintersleep’s video for the new song “In Came the Flood,” above.
‣ Ides of Gemini, the trio featuring vocalist Sera Timms of L.A. pysch-rockers Black Math Horseman, plays the Bootleg Bar, with the Nocturnes opening.
‣ Rocco DeLuca plays the first of consecutive Tuesday nights at the Hotel Cafe on a night Tim Rogers (of You Am I) and the Wheeler Brothers also perform.
‣ Fresh off their strong showing at the Silver Lake Jubilee, the Record Company plays Harvard & Stone. Maesa Pullman and John Wayne Bro also perform.
‣ And Orange County quintet Midnight Hour headlines the Satellite, but get there early for Y LUV and Act As If.
