‣ Huge night at It’s a School Night at Bardot: Brooklyn duo MS MR make their L.A. debut – that’s their video for “Hurricane,” above, a song that will be released this week as a 7-inch single via IAMSOUND Records. Plus, local rockers Of Verona will be celebrating the release of their album “The White Apple. And also performing will be Shana Halligan [see this sweet song] and L.A.’s Alekesam.
‣ With their new album “Loma Vista” out Tuesday, Family of the Year does the Bootleg Bar, joining electro guru JMSN and  ERAS.
‣ American Royalty‘s Echo residency got off to a great start last week – this week, they’re supported by Beat Club [see “Something Better”] and Teenage Sweater.
‣ And Terraplane Sun continues its residency at the Satellite, supported by Lost Lander, Drug Cabin [see “Barracuda”] and Irontom.
