‣ “Cello rock” duo Oak & Gorski head up the lineup at tonight’s installment of BUZZBANDS.LA’s SecondTuesday songwriter night at Lot 1 Cafe. Scottish singer-guitarist Charlie Clark, as well Faroe Islands folk quartet Marius, touring the U.S. for the first time, also play. Doors at 9 p.m.
‣ Eleni Mandell celebrates the release of her new album “I Can See the Future” at the Hotel Cafe on a great night at the Cahuenga Boulevard room. Mandell will be joined by singer-songwriter Henry Wolfe. And Lavender Diamond and Monsters Calling Home also play.
