Musicians must get homesick sometimes. Live shows are fun for everyone, but life on the road can’t be all that comfortable. Canada’s Yukon Blonde speaks to this in their song “Stairway.” After touring heavily in support of their album “Tiger Talk” (out now via Dine Alone Records), the indie-rock quartet teams up with director Justin Broadbent to bring these emotions to life, and what we get is the story of a “socially unaware, highly strung bachelor” going through domestic tasks (with vigor) who ends up taking it easy only after some influence from his apparitions.
