All this in one night? Wonder who’s in charge here …

‣ Seems like about 90% of the punk bands we currently care about are playing tonight in Los Angeles, although at different places. Let’s start with Titus Andronicus, whose new album “Local Business,” is just out. They headline the El Rey, with local heroes the Henry Clay People kicking off the night and Ceremony also supporting.
Japandroids and Bleached continue their tour at the Fonda Theatre.
Cat Power, who has postponed the European dates on her current tour for her new album “Sun,” plays the Palladium in her final live date before taking a break to address health problems. She has been undergoing treatment for angioedema, she wrote Tuesday on her website.
‣ Still riding the momentum of their self-titled third album, Delta Spirit plays the Wiltern, supported by JEFF the Brotherhood and FIDLAR.
Smoking Popes headline the Troubadour, performing their 1995 album “Born to Quit” (just re-released by SideOneDummy Records, by the way). Luther and the Eagle Rock Gospel Singers support.
