‣Â Australian psych-rockers Tame Impala play their first of two L.A. shows tonight at the El Rey Theatre. [That’s their video for “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards” from their sophomore release “Lonerism” above.] The Amazing of Sweden supports.
‣Â There’s a whole lotta happy going on at the Fonda Theatre with Walk the Moon and Family of the Year both sharing the same bill.
‣Â The Wiltern gets the singer-songwriter treatment with a lineup featuring Joshua Radin, A Fine Frenzy and Lucy Schwartz.
‣ Typhoon, Laura Gibson and Lost Lander all team up at the Echo.
‣Brooklyn’s Crushed Out (formerly Boom Chick) headlines the Satellite. [Check out “Push Down and Twist.”] Jail Weddings and J. Thoven also play.
