Tonight in L.A.: Rachael Yamagata, the Gaslamp Killer, the Internet, Gavin Turek, Golden State

Rachael Yamagata, whose new EP “Chesapeake” is out today, headlines the El Rey Theatre. Ed Romanoff and Adrien Reju support.
The Gaslamp Killer teams up with Them Jeans, Thee Mike B and Bones for a night at Dim Mak Studios. We’re assuming it’s not going to be as weird or dark as the Gaslamp Killer’s new video for “Seven Years of Bad Luck for Fun,” above.
Gavin Turek [see our post of “Suffah”] continues her residency at the Central SAPC, and on board for tonight’s show are indie-pop newbies Cayucas, recently signed to Secretly Canadian.
‣ And there’s a nice lineup at Harvard & Stone, where Golden State has been doing a residency. Tonight the band is joined by Pretend Electric and Spirit Vine at Harvard & Stone
