‣ Bloc Party rolls into the Palladium behind their latest album “Four,” with Dum Dum Girls supporting.
‣ In September, the Chris Robinson Brotherhood released the second of its two albums this year, “The Magic Door,” which followed June’s “Big Moon Ritual.” Expect some serious jamming when they hit the stage at the El Rey Theatre.
‣ David Bazan plays a sold-out show at the Troubadour marking the 10th anniversary of his fine Pedro the Lion album “Control,” which he and his band will perform. Stagnant Pools open.
‣ Pacific Air, which was formerly known as KO KO, plays the Echo behind its new EP, “Love Live Ko Ko.” Night Terrors of 1927 and Blacks& support.
‣ And at the Satellite, Nashville’s Kopecky Family Band vists for a show behind their debut album “Kids Raising Kids,” with the Broken Numbers Band and Thrillionaire opening.
