Sky Ferreira’s face has been seen in plenty of movies and perfume ads. Those are the kind of gigs you get when you’re a model. However, fans will have to wait a little longer to hear her debut album “I’m Not Alright” (originally titled “Wild At Heart”). Much of this had to do with Ferreira’s change in sound palette while she was writing the follow-up to her “As If!” EP. Aiming to move away from electro-pop, the singer has been working with Jon Brion, Shirley Manson and Greg Kurstin to execute these changes. But for now, we’ve still got her latest still-very-pop EP “Ghost,” which features songs like “Lost In My Bedroom.” The third video of Ferreira’s to be directed by Grant Singer, this clip is gritty, sensual and drips with ’80s influences, making her image fall somewhere in between Lana Del Rey and Blondie.
