Buzz Bands LA Show, today at 11 on Moheak Radio

0

The explosion of new music coming out of L.A. in the first five weeks of 2013 is making programming the Buzz Bands LA Show quite a challenge. Even with two hours, we feel like there’s not enough time to share everything that’s coming across our radar. Oh well, we try: Join me at 11 a.m. today on Moheak Radio for this week’s show. There will be music from albums that just landed or are landing soon – from the Bronx, Eels, Local Natives, Cayucas, Fonda, Jenny O., Hot As Sun, Radar Brothers and the Little Ones. And I have brand new music from the likes of Tapioca & the Flea, Francisco the Man and  Cassorla. We’ll also hear from several of the bands that we just announced are playing Chinatown’s Lunar New Year Festival on Feb. 16-17, including Eastern Conference Champions, Y LUV, Mind the Gap, Troup and Spirit Vine.

Hop into the stream at 11 a.m. I promise to be kind. After the jump, the playlist:
