Cold War Kids gear up for the April release of its fourth album “Dear Miss Lonelyhearts” by playing the Bootleg Theater. Superhumanoids open.
Sir Sly dives into the second week of its Wednesday night residency at the Echo, heading up a lineup that includes Tapioca & the Flea, Frank+Derol and Family.
Dear Boy, the new quartet featuring Ben Grey and Keith Cooper (ex-Scarlet Grey), debuts tonight at the Troubadour, supported by Torches. That’s Dear Boy’s video for “Come Along,” above.
‣ It’s a big local lineup at the Satellite, as Wet & Reckless resurfaces to headline and Paper Pilots, Rainbow Jackson and the Long Fall join in the fun.
‣ And Yellow Red Sparks visit the Hotel Cafe for an early set behind the recent release of their debut album. Also playing tonight: Javier Dunn, Ultimate Bearhug and Josh Hoke at the Hotel Café
