Perfect weather? Check. Great Austin vibe? Check. Stellar music? Check. The elements at the South by Southwest Music Festival on Wednesday conspired to make Buzz Bands LA’s annual “Dear Austin, Love L.A.” day party at Opal Divine’s Freehouse a memorable one. Cayucas, the Lonely Wild, the Dead Ships, Hindu Pirates, Beach Party, Pageants, Criminal Hygiene, Yellow Red Sparks and Fairbanks all gave remarkable performances on a day that went off without a hitch. Thanks to the bands and to everybody who made it out.
