‣ The Lonely Wild celebrates the release of their new album “The Sun As It Comes” (out April 2 via Ursa Major) at the Satellite tonight and they’ve got the Janks and the Wild Reeds to join in the fun.
‣ Intellectual electro-heads Fol Chen also celebrate the release of a new album. They’ll headline the Bootleg in support of “The False Alarms” (out now via Asthmatic Kitty) with Royal Canoe as support.
‣ The Troubadour hosts London’s indie pop outfit Veronica Falls. Brilliant Colors and Golden Grrls open.
‣ Foxygen returns to L.A. tonight. This time, they’re playing the Echo and toting Sam Flax and Wolf Thompson.
‣ Producer and DJ extraordinaire Daedelus kicks off the weekend at the Fonda Theatre. Two Fresh, Ryan Hemsworth and Samo Sound Boy also round out the bill.
‣ Need another electro show for your Friday? Capital Cities and Gold Fields team up at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live.
‣ Downstairs at the Echoplex, it’s a solid lineup featuring Iceage, Milk Music and Sea Lions.
‣ And Sabrosa Purr are set to melt faces at the Viper Room tonight. Plaque Vendor, the Black Marquee and L.A. Rocks also play.
