‣ Red Hot Chili Peppers stop by the Fonda Theatre before they headline two weekends at Coachella.
‣ Pop star Rihanna plays the Staples Center.
‣ Broadheds – the new band from Eulogies’ former frontman (and Dangerbird’s co-founder) – headlines the Bootleg with solid support from fellow L.A. bands Eastern Conference Champions and Toy Bombs.
‣ Over at the Echo, it’s another steller local lineup featuring Bad Things, Cayucas and Cillie Barnes (who will be debuting new material off of her forthcoming album).
‣ Heloise & the Savior Faire, Mirror Talk, Hi Fashion and John Roberts all team up at the Satellite. That’s Heloise & the Savoir Faire’s video for “Vibezz” above.
‣ DWNTWN and the Mercy Beat (fronted by the Bravery’s Sam Endicott) continue their co-residency down at the Central SAPC where they’ll be joined by Watch the Duck and Temp3st.
