Sisters Jessica and Jennifer Clavin, now enjoying success as Bleached after putting Mika Miko in the rear-view mirror, have been the pin-up girls for punk and cool since releasing early singles such as “Searching for the Past” on Suicide Squeeze. From riding motorcycles to crowd surfing, their lackadaisical attitude and scuzzy melodies won even more hearts of garage-rock fans with the release of their debut full-length “Ride Your Heart.” Bleached does a 180 from their black-and-white party video for “Next Stop” and opt for a kaleidoscopic treatment for their latest single “Dead in Your Head.” The sunglasses have stayed on but the psychedelic rays have been turned up in this Lowlands-directed clip. “Ride Your Heart” came out in April via Dead Oceans.
