Phoenix and Dinosaur Jr. headline a separately ticketed Sports Arena show to kick off this year’s festival before artists such as Liars, the Raveonettes, Miami Horror, King Khan & the Shrines, Medicine, Iceage and Alice Russell take over for three days of music discovery. Wristbands for the whole festival are $30.
