Franz Ferdinand to play Tuesday at Echoplex

U.K. post-punk quartet Franz Ferdinand [pictured at Coachella] will play a special show Tuesday at the Echoplex. There will be no ticket sales for the show. Entry may be gained by pre-ordering the band’s new album “Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action” at either Fingerprints in Long Beach or Origami Vinyl in Echo Park. Additionally, an RSVP list for the show will open at 3 p.m. on Friday to allow a limited number of fans into the show. The lucky fans who make it in via RSVP will be notified on Saturday.
