Evan Voytas, whose shows have been sparse during the last year while he’s been prepping the release of his album, headlines the Bootleg on Wednesday with his funky yet mystical synth-pop. Dream Panther will be opening with their woozy experimental tunes off their EP, “Beyonce’s Child.”
