Video: Superhumanoids, ‘Bad Weather’

Do not try this at home, folks. Superhumanoids’ vivid, maudlin for their song “Bad Weather” is not for the faint of stomach. Directed by Taylor Cohen and featuring Shane Coffey and Nicole Aprea, it reveals the utter despair that can only come from deep wounds of the heart. The song is already pretty cinematic itself, a slow-motion levitation built on Sarah Chernoff’s vocals that appears on the L.A. dream-pop trio’s debut album “Exhibitionists.” But like we said, if you’re feeling gutted, call a friend and find a shoulder. Do not spend long periods of time in the bathroom alone.
