‣ Filter’s annual festival of international acts, Culture Collide, returns to Echo Park. Tonight’s lineup features Miami Horror, Ice Age, the Men, GRMLN and more at the Echo, Echoplex, Taix and Lot 1 Cafe. An updated schedule for tonight is at the bottom of this post.
‣ Stereophonics headline the Fonda Theatre in support of their latest album “Graffiti on the Train.” The Wind + the Wave support. [That’s Stereophonics’ video for “We Share the Same Sun.”]
‣ White Lies rolls into town behind their album “Big TV” and plays the El Rey Theatre. L.A.’s In the Valley Below open.
‣ Steve Earle & the Dukes take over the John Anson Ford Theatre.  The Mastersons join in on the fun.
‣ Portland heavy metal dudes Red Fang visit the Troubadour behind their new album “Whales and Leeches.” Helms Alee and Dog Shredder open.
‣ Glasser does an intimate show inside the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery behind the new album “Interiors.”
‣ The Wiltern hosts a night with Korn.
‣ Nokia Theatre L.A. Live presents a night with John Fogerty.
‣ Holly Conlan returns to the Hotel Cafe to celebrate the relase of her latest album, “The Sirens.”
‣ The Babies and Alex Bleeker & the Freeks get together at the Satellite.
‣ The Kennedy Administration Show takes place at Echoes Under Sunset with guests Boardwalk, “Mad Men’s” Rich Sommer, plus comedy and magic.
‣ And Fairbanks Music does a night at Silverlake Lounge. Sharaya Mikael and McKail Seely round out the bill.
