Stream: Parquet Courts, ‘You’ve Got Me Wondering Now’

When we first caught Parquet Courts at SXSW, it was obvious the quartet wasn’t going to be slowing down anytime soon. After touring non-stop for 9 months, they’ll only be taking the end of the year off before they get back to it in January. That’s what happens when you release one hell of a debut punk album (“Light Up Gold”) and follow it up quickly with a new EP (“Tally All the Things You Broke”), though. Sure, fans may be an important part of this supply and demand situation, and promotion is key for buzz as well. But we’ve got a feeling Parquet Courts just don’t like to sit still – and we enjoy it when they don’t.
