There are some pretty nifty album releases on the horizon from Los Angeles bands – Together Pangea, Warpaint, Dum Dum Girls, Nick Waterhouse, Vertical Scratchers and Black Apples, to name a few – and on tonight’s L.A. Buzz Bands Show on KCSN (885 FM, streaming at KCSN.org), I’ll have some selections from them. There will be tracks from recent releases as well, including Summer Darling and Bonfire Beach. Plus, as a nod to their comeback show on coming up on Friday night, I’ll go back to the original 2008 EP by Afternoons and play their big anthem “Say Yes.” Hope you’ll say yes to tuning into the show at 9 p.m. After the jump, the playlist:
