French-Chilean rapper Ana Tijoux brought the music from her new album “Vengo,” and then some, to the Echoplex on Friday night for a rousing evening of music in two languages. She was joined on the bill by Mexican-Argentine sextet Kumbia Queers, who delivered an in-the-crowd’s-faces set of tropical punk, and L.A. cumbia-funk-flamenco band Subsuelo.
