@KRBronson recommends: Brokechella, the annual affordable alternative to the big party in the desert, returns to downtown L.A. with a strong and eclectic lineup of mostly local artists, including L.A. Font, yOya, HOTT MT, Kera & the Lesbians, Francisco the Man, StaG and many more. It goes off Saturday starting at 3 p.m. at 590 Santa Fe. Ave. Then, on Sunday at the Echo, there is the Dios reunion show – the band is reforming in celebration of the 10-year anniversary of the release of their debut album.

@Seraphina_L recommends: If you’re not heading out to Coachella for Weekend 2, then I strongly suggest catching Bombay Bicycle Club on Wednesday at the El Rey Theatre … or because their set at Coachella Weekend 1 was so winning, you might actually want to catch them twice this week.
