Circa Zero [pictured], the collaboration between Andy Summers of the Police and Rob Giles of the Rescues, headlines the Troubadour. Their full-length “Levitation” came out in late March.
‣ New Zealand sibling duo Broods, whose full-length debut for Capitol Reords is in the works, visit the Echo, with Strange Talk and Max & the Moon opening.
Dead Sara rocks the Bootleg, supported by Filthy Souls, Dekades and the Bang Ups.
Lou Barlow visits the Hotel Café on a night that features another installment of Broken Arrow’s residency and a set from Gold Star.
‣ The White Iris Records “Indie Is Pop” night brings Green Gerry, Strange Babes and Basement Babies to the Satellite.
‣ And Dreamland continues its resdiency at the Silverlake Lounge on a night that also features ARS Phoenix, Le Cos and Giant Drag.
