The heat of the summer is feeling … well, awfully hot, at least here at Buzz Bands LA headquarters. Tonight’s L.A. Buzz Bands Show on KCSN (88.5 FM, streaming at KCSN.org) will lean toward cool electro-pop, and there are plenty of new flavors to share. In that department, I’ll have fresh tracks from Banks, Pr0files, Mansion on the Moon and Annabel Jones. In addition, we’ll hear new songs from Ghostel, Soft Swells and Cold War Kids. Pus, I will have blocks of music previewing Tarfest on Sept. 20 (with Hunter Hunted, the Moth & the Flame and DWNTWN) and Buzz Bands LA’s stage next Saturday at Echo Park Rising (with Tapioca and the Flea, the Dead Ships, Banta and more).
