‣ It’s a night of female singer-songwriters at at the Greek Theatre –  Sara Bareilles headlines behind her latest album, 2013’s “The Blessed Unrest,” with Canada’s Hannah Georgas and the soulful Emily King opening.
‣ Australian DJ/producer Flume, who rocked two shows in L.A. last week before detouring to Outside Lands, returns to Club Nokia for one more show, with Sophie and the Range opening.
‣ The Futures League continues its residency at the Satellite on a Buzz Bands LA-presented night that features the Vim Dicta, A Million Billion Dying Suns and Terraplane Sun.
‣ Maudlin Strangers continue their residency at the Bootleg, supported by Clans, Phil Beaudreau and Hunny at the Bootleg HiFi
‣ We Are Kings & Queens bring Britt Warner, Brittney Bouchard and Maggie Szabo to the second night of their residency at the Silverlake Lounge.
‣ Tete’s residency at the Echo features Exploding Flowers, L’Aura Moire and Hips.
‣ And with Echoplex residents Smoke Season taking the week off, there’s a free show downstairs that features Queen Caveat, Wages, New Beat Fund and Kiven at the Echoplex
