Title Fight are gearing up for the release of their third full-length album, “Hyperview,†out on Feb. 3. The follow-up to the “Spring Songs†EP marks their first release on Anti-. The Pennsylvania-bred punk rockers — singer-bassist Ned Russin, singer-guitarist Jamie Rhoden, guitarist Shane Moran and drummer Ben Russin — formed in 2003, while they were only in middle school, and have been playing together ever since. They’ve received praise from both NPR and Pitchfork, and they already have FYF Fest, Warped Tour, Riot Fest and Coachella on their resumé. The new year brings new territory to tackle, including a fuzzier sound and a headlining tour of the U.S., and with support from Merchandise, Power Trip, La Dispute, and The Hotelier. The album’s second single, “Rose of Sharon,†is equipped with hardcore riffs and typically angst-filled vocals. The video, directed by Hannah Roman and starring Kieran Sherry, cuts back and forth between a boy playing cowboy and the band performing in an ocean blue glow worthy of the finest Instagram filters. “Rose of Sharon†is sure to satisfy long-time Title Fight fans and maybe even draw in some new ones.
