The reconstituted Replacements, who resurfaced for festival dates beginning in 2013, have announced their first national tour since the Bush Administration — the George H.W. Bush Administration, that is. The “Back By Unpopular Demand Tour” includes and April 16 date at the Hollywood Palladium. Tickets for the show, which features originals Paul Westerberg and Tommy Stinson along with Josh Freese and David Minehan, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
