A fine menu of nutritious music for your Thursday:
â–º L.A.’s Milo Greene, the pop quintet touring behind the January release of their sophomore album “Control,” headline the El Rey Theatre, with Zella Day supporting.
â–º Billy Idol does a second night at the Wiltern, with Broncho supporting. We figured it’d be a good day to share Broncho’s latest video, “Class Historian” (from the album “Just Hip Enough to Be a Woman”), above.
â–º Having just announced that their next album “California Nights” is coming May 5, Best Coast plays the Echo.
â–º The Janks rock the Bootleg HiFi, where they’re joined by Rachel Goodrich & the Grrrls and Korey Dane.
â–º The Active Set headline the Satellite behind their recent EP “Lights” with Beachwood Coyotes and the Electrets supporting.
â–º And James Fearnley (accordionist for the Pogues, composer, author) appears at Molly Malone’s, with an opening set from Brian Whelan.
