Make Music Pasadena returns Saturday, June 6, with a free, daylong festival featuring more than 150 bands — including How to Dress Well, Kishi Bashi, Hundred Waters, Nick Waterhouse, Sir Sly, Kaleo, Caroline Smith, Lydia Ainsworth, Avid Dancer and many more.
The all-ages event offers music on five main stage and more than 30 venues in all, its genre-spanning lineup including indie and alternative rock, world, folk, Latin, funk, jazz and classical, among others. The Pasadena Symphony and POPS is joining the lineup this year with a performance at the Centennial Square in front of City Hall. The 2015 Music under the Stars concert will be a tribute to Ladies of the Great American Songbook, with guests including Debbie Gravitte, Meredith Patterson and Christina Saffran.
