Video: Roah Summit, ‘Take Care’

Orange County sextet Roah Summit debuted last fall with an EP of lush electronic folk, the kind of music seemingly made for major plot points in epic films. Their new single “Take Care” continues in the same deeply emotional vein — and they have a video that suits it. Directed by young filmmaker Kevin Clark, who plays synth in the band, and starring Salomon Anaya anda Jenn Parker, “Take Care” tackles the topic of America’s history of racial strife in a narrative about an ill-fated couple. The band — Jake Berry, Max Epstein, Tyler Spry, Jay Obedunmi, Drew Chaffee and Clark — have been working on a full-length titled “Giant.”
