Steely Dan and Elvis Costello team up for a night at the Hollywood Bowl.
The XXL Freshmen Tour brings up-and-coming rappers Fetty Wap, Vince Staples, DEJ Loaf, Goldlink, Raury, Tink, Shy Glizzy, OG Maco, K Camp and Kidd Kidd to Club Nokia.
Ryn Weaver headlines the El Rey Theatre behind her debur album “The Fool,” with Sam Dew supporting.
Hunter Hunted, on tour with Young Rising Sons, celebrate the release of their debut album “Ready for You” with a show at the Roxy.
► Their eighth album “Untethered Moon” just out, Built to Spill begins a three-night stand at the Troubadour, joined by Canadians Slam Dunk.
Phantoms [pictured] play It’s a School Night at Bardot along with Corsica Arts Club, Fort Lean and Mas Ysa. Below, their Ace Norton-directed video for “Voyeur.”
Beach Party continue their residency at the Echo, supported by Clean Spill, CG Roxanne and the Nightmares and the Pesos.
Sonny Boy Thorn continue their residency at the Satellite, with Bones Muhroni, Vs Colour and Prism Tats opening.
