Stream: The Buzz Bands LA at Echo Park Rising sampler

Echo Park Rising kicks off Friday (updated set times can be found here), and Buzz Bands LA again returns with a Saturday party. Presented by Jukely, the Buzz Bands LA Stage goes off from 2 p.m. to midnight Saturday in the Champagne Room at Taix.

It’s promises to be a genre-hopping day, with a mix of fresh new faces and more established artists. One change from the previous announcement: Paper Pilots have replaced Spectacular Spectacular, who were forced to bow out of performing.

Below is a sampler platter featuring songs from nine of the 10 artists on the Jukely/Buzz Bands LA stage. (One, the excellent psych-rock outfit Golden Daze, is so new they don’t have songs online yet.) Enjoy.
