Ms. Lauryn Hill and Daniel Bambaata Marley team up for a show at the Greek Theatre.
Wavves’ fifth album, “V,” is out Oct. 2, and tonight they rock the Teragram Ballroom with Chicago’s Twin Peaks.
LP will be test-driving some new songs at Harvard & Stone, where the free show also offers up the Diamond Light.
► L.A. blues-rockers Lou Pine headline the Troubadour, supported the Elovay and Lexie Rose.
► Brooklyn quartet Mothxr kicks off a West Coast tour at the Roxy Theatre, with Mereki Beach opening.
Riothorse Royale continue their residency at the Satellite, joined by Mating Ritual, Dark Rooms and Thataboy.
► Toronto’s Jahkoy make their L.A. debut at It’s a School Night at Bardot. Also joining in: The New Division, Wolf Saga and OOFJ.
