January marks the 10-year anniversary of Jenny Lewis’ first “solo” album, “Rabbit Fut Coat,” which featured the Watson Twins and contributors such as M. Ward, Ben Gibbard and Conor Oberst (whose Team Love Records released the album).
To mark the anniversary — and to support the release of a remastered vinyl edition of the record — Lewis is reuniting with Chandra and Leigh Watson and, joined by Ward, playing three dates. Included is a Jan. 29 show at the Cathedral Sanctuary at Immanuel Presbyterian Church.
Tickets ($53 including fees) go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday; if you’re a member of Lewis’ online fan club, they go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The reissue, by the way, comes on red vinyl and is accompanied by a booklet of previously unpublished photographs by Autumn De Wilde.
