Natalie Prass brought her sophisticate’s songs and effervescent charm to the Echoplex on Friday night for an underattended but top-notch show during which she played all nine songs from her widely praised debut album, released in January. The Virginia-bred Prass also sprinkled in covers of Simon & Garfunkel and Janet Jackson; she performed the jazzy new song “Jass;” and Ryan Adams — for whom Prass opened on tour earlier this year — also crashed the party for a song. Nashville’s Promised Lane Sound and L.A.-based singer-songwriter Paul Bergmann opened the show.
