► Swedish spook-metal band Ghost plays a sold-out show at the Mayan Theatre behind their new album “Meliora,” with Purson supporting.
► Shakey Graves visits the Theatre at Ace Hotel, supported by Tennis.
► The Lonely Wild, whose sophomore album “Chasing White Light” came out last month, does a free show at the Satellite, joined by Alyeska, Burning Jet Black and Pom Poms.
► Buzzing Massachusetts trio Potty Mouth bring their big ’90s guitar sound to the Bootleg Theater, joined by Colleen Green and Upset.
► Rapper Bryson Tiller brings it at the Roxy Theatre.
► Electro duo Xylo headlines the Echo, supported by Chelsea Lankes and Room8.
► And there’s an interesting “Halloween Covers Night” at the Echoplex — it’s the Cosmonauts (as The Clash), Fever The Ghost’s BBC’s Radiophonic Workshop,* Kim and the Created (as The Cramps), Adult Books (as The Misfits), Death Hymn Number 9 (as Minor Threat) and Girl Tears (as The Ramones).

* Fever the Ghost announced this afternoon they wouldn’t be able to perform “due to unforeseen circumstances.”
