Los Angeles concerts for Friday:

Patty Griffin headlines the El Rey Theatre behind her new album “Servant of Love.” Darlingside opens.
Deerhoof, whose forthcoming new release “Fever 121614” is a live album recorded in a small Japanese club, brings their crazy live show to the Echoplex, with Cy Dune and the Anti-Job supporting.
The Rocket Summer, who have a new single “Same Air” and a new album on the way in early 2016, visit the Bootleg Theater, with Paradise Fears and Moons of Mars opening.
► At the Microsoft Theater, it’s soul man KEM, along with soul woman Tamar Braxton.
► It’s a night of synth-pop at the Roxy Theater, with San Francisco’s BLVD joined by L.A. Mansions on the Moon. Rilan kicks off the night.
► Day 2 of the Only in Hollywood Music & Arts Festival brings myriad shows big and small to the neighborhood. Check our preview.
► Australian electro trio Rufus Du Sol headline the Fonda Theatre, supported by Cassian and Burn Unit.
