► Indie-pop duo Tanlines headline the Fonda Theatre behind their latest album “Highlights,” with L.A.’s IO Echo supporting.
Miami Horror visits the El Rey Theatre in support of their new album “All Possible Futures,” with Slow Hands and Queen Magic opening.
Jay Farrar marks the 20th anniversary of the Son Volt album “Trace” by playing songs from it, and others from his catalog, at the Troubadour. Holy Sons open.
► Electro four-piece Battle Tapes celebrate the release of their new album “Polygon” with a headlining gig at the Satellite, with Deluka and Shadow the Wild opening.
► L.A. quintet Wildling celebrates the release of their new, self-titled EP with a show at the Bootleg Theater, supported by My Double My Brother, Heaps N Heaps and Opus Vitae.
► And Virginia-based singer-guitar star Daniel Bachman visits the Echo behind his new album “Orange Co. Serenade.” Barna Howard and Christian Lee Hutson open.
