The name of the Frights’ new album is “You Are Going to Hate This,” but that sentiment was nowhere to be found Sunday night at the Echoplex, where the San Diego pop-punk outfit headlined a rowdy Valentine’s Night show. The young crowd got properly revved up by opening sets from SWMRS and the Aquadolls, and the energy stayed high for the headlining trio of Richard Dotson, Marc Finn and Mikey Carnevale.
