Santigold’s new album “99¢” explores themes of the commercial world, and the packaging of her show Thursday night at the Hollywood Palladium was pretty impressive, if not a bargain. Taking the stage is a large-shouldered blazer reminiscent of David Byrne, the 39-year-old singer engaged with strong vocals and a powerful visual production, including projections of PEZ dispensers and mugs bearing her face during “Can’t Get Enough of Myself.” She invited fans to join her onstage during “Creator” but warned, “No video — if you want to dance, you’re up here, if you want to take video, go out there.” Mysterious Brooklyn rapper Lekeli47 opened the show.
