The 1975

Sunday’s Los Angeles shows:

► Coachella Day 3, hitting the home stretch with Taylor Swifty’s boyfriend, Calvin Harris, Aussie torch singer Sia, Diplo and Switch’s side project Major Lazer, Sydney DJ Flume, Baltimore dream popsters Beach House, Britpop from the 1975, Berkeley punk vets Rancid, Swedish weirdos Miike Snow and more, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio.
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony perform their classic album “The Art of War” in its entirety at the Novo.
► Noisey critical darlings via Toronto, Dilly Dally, headline the Echo with synth pop from LA’s own Feels and the Tissues.
► The Saban Theatre hosts Long Island legends Blue Oyster Cult, who I imagine never tire hearing about “more cowbell”.
► Ex-Wall of Voodoo frontman Andy Prieboy bring his dark cabaret songs to the Echoplex.
► The Resident features roadhouse racket from Ivory DeVille, and Americana from Patrolled By Radar and Grand Canyon.
► Come for an early set of outlaw country and honky tonk from local outfit the Freight Shakers, at the Echo.
