Max Bemis has a lot in Say Anything’s arsenal, and he covered a vast swath of it Tuesday night at the Echoplex. Sprinkled into Say Anything’s audacious performance were five songs from the new album “I Don’t Think It Is:” “Give a Damn,” “17 Coked Up Speeding,” “Rum,” “Varicose Visage” and “So Numb” (the latter back-to-back with 2012’s “So Good.” But the band’s setlist also flashed back to 2004 for four songs from the breakout album “… Is a Real Boy” (re-issued two years later), including the fave “Every Man Has a Molly.” In between there were other favorites — “Six Six Six” from 2014’s “Hebrews,”  “Say Anything” from 2012’s “Anarchy, My Dear,” “Crush’d from 2009’s self-titled album and “Spores” from 2007’s “In Defense of the Genre.”

Mewithoutyou preceded Say Anything, and the night began with sets from Teen Suicide and Museum Mouth.
