The Avett Brothers warmed up a huge crowd on a chilly night at the Greek Theatre, plowing through a 21-song set that included five numbers from their forthcoming new album, “True Sadness” (out June 24.) They kicked off the night the kazoo jam “The D Bag Rag” and earned a big reception for songs such as “Fisher Road to Hollywood” and “I And Love And You.” The Milk Carton Kids opened the evening.
